ABOUT SAGA COMBAT
SAGA is an acronym for Striking and Grappling Arts, that is what we specialize in teaching, unarmed striking and grappling. We have a staff of 7 teachers and coaches who are all veteran competitors. Each class starts off with warm ups and stretching, drills, a lesson, and sparring.
SAGA believes that sparring is necessary to build practical skills and makes it a part of every class. We also believe in a measured and systematic approach of teaching to help students of any level gain the skills and conditioning they need as fast as possible.
